This website is operated by Raphael under the working name Raphael Education. It is the website of an independent tuition service. Free parent calls can be booked through Calendly and take place on Google Meet. You can contact me at hello@raphaeleducation.co.uk. Full service privacy information will be provided before the free diagnostic or any lessons.
Browsing this website
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or browser storage, does not fingerprint visitors and reports only aggregated figures. The website sets no cookies of its own unless you accept them (see “Cookies and ad measurement” below). If you open the booking window, Calendly’s scheduling page loads inside it; Calendly sets its own cookies and uses browser storage there to run the booking, keep it secure and measure use of its service, and it may ask for your cookie choices. Interactive examples operate in your browser and do not collect pupil answers. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the site; its own privacy notice applies.

Cookies and ad measurement
I advertise on Google. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, the Google Ads tag loads and stores cookies and a browser-storage entry (_gcl_au; _gcl_aw and _gcl_ls, which hold the ad click ID, if you arrived from an ad) so I can see whether an ad led to a booked call. They last up to 90 days. Google receives details of your visit, such as the page, your IP address and the ad you clicked, and a “booked call” signal with an opaque booking reference if you book. The reference helps avoid counting the same booking twice. With the same consent, a click on the WhatsApp button is measured as an interaction, not as a message, booking or sale. This website does not send Google your name, email address or anything you type into Calendly. This is based on your consent. Until you click Accept, and if you click Reject, the Google tag is not loaded at all; if you change your mind later, choosing Reject also deletes what Google stored. If you arrive from an ad, the ad’s reference (for example gclid) stays in the web address as you move between pages, so a booking can still be matched to the ad; nothing is stored unless you accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage until you change it or clear your site data, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
How Google uses information from sites that use its services ↗
Booking a parent call
The booking button opens Calendly’s scheduling window to arrange a free 15-minute parent call with Raphael on Google Meet. I use the details you submit to arrange the call and respond to your tuition enquiry. Calendly provides the scheduling service, and Google Meet provides the video call. Calendly’s AI Notetaker joins the call to record and transcribe it, so I can keep accurate notes; if you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start and the call will go ahead without it. Their privacy information explains how each provider handles personal information, including recordings and transcripts. Campaign labels in the web address, such as the source, campaign and keyword, are passed to Calendly to help understand where enquiries came from. Your appointment is confirmed in Calendly; clicking a button on this website does not reserve a time.
Please use a parent or guardian’s details. Share only the information needed to arrange an initial conversation; sensitive pupil records are not needed for the first enquiry.

Email enquiries
The email link opens a draft in your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the message. Your enquiry will be used to respond to your request.
WhatsApp messages
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with Raphael and an editable message about Hong Kong tuition. Nothing is sent until you send a message. Please use a parent or guardian’s details and avoid sensitive pupil information in an initial enquiry. WhatsApp, a Meta service, carries the conversation under its own privacy policy. I use your messages only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange lessons and send lesson notes.
