Booking a parent call
The booking button opens Calendly to arrange a free 15-minute parent call with Raphael on Google Meet. I use the details you submit to arrange the call and respond to your tuition enquiry. Calendly provides the scheduling service, and Google Meet provides the video call. Their privacy information explains how each provider handles personal information. Your appointment is confirmed in Calendly; clicking a button on this website does not reserve a time.
Please use a parent or guardian’s details. Share only the information needed to arrange an initial conversation; sensitive pupil records are not needed for the first enquiry.

Before paid lessons
The responsible business’s contact details and the arrangements for lesson records, service providers, retention and your rights will be confirmed before tuition is booked.
